Currently, pharmacies must add or invite a patient from the waitlist if they walk in for an appointment. The patient can then schedule the service on the spot. In the future, we’ll add the capability for pharmacists to schedule appointments for patients.
Yes, patients can schedule their children, spouses, and other dependents through MyRx, our mobile-first patient portal. It’s a selection they can make within the booking process.
When a patient schedules an appointment through MyRx, our patient portal, we’ll collect the required health information then. We provide health information questions by service (COVID-19 testing and vaccines) and allow pharmacies to add three additional questions.
Currently, you can only view one waitlist per location. However, you can filter the waitlist by service, so we recommend filtering by first and second dose to get this information.
