Pharmacies sue GoodRx, accusing the company of conspiring with PBMs

Did you know: In 2023, about one community pharmacy closed per day in the US. And now, nearly one-third of the country’s community pharmacies are in danger of going out of business. GoodRx is now facing at least three separate class-action lawsuits from independent pharmacies for conspiring with PBMs to fix reimbursement rates to boost profits.
