I don’t see a pharmacy near me, what do I do
We are adding new pharmacies every day, so we encourage you to sign up and add your name to the wait list.  As soon as a pharmacy starts offering the service you require (within 100 miles of your zip code), they will be able to invite you to schedule an appointment.  The invitation will be sent via text to the smart phone used to register.

There isn’t an appointment available at the pharmacy I selected.
We are sorry you can’t find an appointment at your preferred pharmacy.  You can return to the list of pharmacies offering vaccinations and review their appointment availability.  One alternative is to contact the pharmacy and ask to be added to their waitlist.  If you still can’t find a convenient appointment, try increasing the range of your search by changing the Distance control at the top of the pharmacy results list.  If you still aren’t finding what you need, reduce the range of your search until no pharmacies appear.  In this case, you’ll see an option to add your name to our wait list.  As soon as a pharmacy does have new appointments in your area (within 100 miles of your zip code), they will be able to invite you to schedule an appointment.  The invitation will be sent via text to the smart phone used to register.

How does the waitlist work?
Looking to schedule an appointment for a service and can’t find a pharmacy near you?  You can now join our waitlist of pharmacies near you.  Simply add your name, contact info, and indicate how far you are willing to travel for the appointment.  When one of the pharmacies near you has an availability, they send you a text message to invite you to schedule an appointment.  Note that we ask your age because some services have age eligibility restrictions and we wouldn’t want you to schedule an appointment for a service when you don’t meet the age requirements.

How will I know it is my turn off the waitlist?
You will receive an invitation via text from the first pharmacy in your area that is ready to book an appointment.  The text will go the smart phone used to register for your myrx.io account.
